Winter Seed Sowing (Fall/Winter)

A simple, engaging workshop that teaches participants how to grow native plants from seed outdoors during the winter months.

What’s Included

• Brief introduction to native seeds and cold stratification

• Demonstration of winter sowing

• Hands-on sowing activity

• All materials provided (containers, soil, seeds)

• Participants take home their sown seeds

Potting-Up Workshop (Spring/Summer)

A hands-on workshop where participants learn how to transplant young native seedlings into larger pots and care for them as they grow. This workshop can be offered as a follow-up to winter sowing or as a stand-alone event.
